I have a question that is totally unrelated to this novel and is directed to the Americans. If you see a dead body why do you always have the urge to throw up, because I keep seeing this reaction every time I read an apocalypse novel so I'm just asking to be sure I'm not the weirdo here.

It immediately gone from 0 to 100 in just one chap.

The storyline seems basic standard zombie story so far and i think this chapter storytelling a bit monotone. But i will keep reading since the main character is kinda interesting to me. Someone who wanted to die yet fight hard to survive from zombie. His contradict characteristic makes me wonder what will he going to do next.

The premise is good. Needs more grammar checks.

Heres no romance tag. He seems to have no family. So there will prob be no close relationships. And he was gonna kill himself, no reason for him to live really.

Good story line. Quite intriguing and suspense packed. Howbeit, I feel you over used the adverb "slowly" in this chapter. It appears like five times in just two paragraphs. Closely related words can be used instead. Good job.
