yeah, this is hella weird. the first time they showed up at the house it was to scout an unidentified powerful individual so it made sense. this time, basically any reasonable organization that isn't trying to hide their association with her would just contact her, either directly, or through an agent she's familiar with to set up a meeting.. particularly when they sent somebody important like that, assumedly from another city to make contact.... especially with the prearranged assessment. the rather sudden assumption on her working with them on that project is also impolite, but unlike the rest which requires setup, and the involvement of other people... that can just be attributed to that dude. overall, extremely weird behavior for a large organization. it's just too unprofessional, especially if they're basically inviting themselves into her house, and not waiting to be invited in (though we didn't see them enter this time).
