Uhhh, the end path of such a thought process is quite literally (actual) enlightenment. The end result would be samadhi, or realizing he already IS. Or the cultivation technique , just make it like a normal wuxia/xianxia OP cultivation manual , which will have the benefits of :- * Much Faster cultivation Speed * Perfect Stability between all energies , and allows fusion * Much Higher quality & Quantity of energy * Much easier controlled energy * production of a special type of internal qi and external qi , that is different from soul energy ...it is like a different system (mysterious heaven technique could produce internal qi) * Much Greater Stamina , able to go on for days without rest or food or water * ability to resist extreme pressure , and get enhanced immunity from elemental and pgysical damage * Increase the chances of a second awakening or getting sword intent

Maybe he should base the method of <mysterious Jade Hands> but for the whole body
