I’m confused! I can only think there will be a second book?! I feel this author worked too hard to pull us all in, just end it like this! Writer’s block, possibly?! I can understand if this had happened, and her not wanting to leave us all hanging. However, I can handle the wait. I feel like there’s something else going on, it’s not her typical style, just to put “The End”. I truthfully, I hope this is not the actual real ending.

This can't be the end . It doesn't make sense, at least she has to see Lorenzo again, and has to know that Mya and his son are both alive

Okay ending but not great. disappointed. Lots of loose ends still dangling here.....i felt the latter part of this story after( Maya gets rescued by Lorenzo) was totally rushed & mix mashed

Author I know you must have a lot on your back but come on, you are better than this. This family deserves to be together. Lorenzo deserves to meet his child and love him. For Christ's sake he is smarter, shouldn't he have noticed something being off within three years! This story is too good to end like this. Author please reconsider the ending 😥😥😥😥

I can see why it ends this way I believe the last chapter before this was the end but because everyone wanted more the author added on. And In a way I am happy about the ending because if we are realistic she was XCIA and he was or is a mobster so the poor child didn’t stand a chance but this way at least she has a new beginning and the child has a chance of love and being like an ordinary child.
