The MC is taking a more route to an AntiHeroe guy. which is not so bad but then he would be more of a villain character who would have to plan what he will do when Shield is purged by hydra. could not be in sight of Tony, Cap or any Hero

I suggest Mc stop stealing abilities from others or that habits will destroy this marvel world storyline.... So I suggest in the next upgrade His stealing swallowing ability upgraded into copy One touch and he could copy the DNA equation and stealing a little sample of energy.... Then his system take some time to process the copy That time depends on the ability For example If Mc steal hulk ability What the funny about it If he copy it and beat up hulk like nothing to the point that hulk behave will around him like a good baby afraid from evil thug Won't that more interesting and cool....

I had a suggestion Nick furry want to monitor Mc and gain more benefits from him as Mc here is even stronger than captain America... So He will start use him in dangerous missions and pair him permanently With natasha romanoff So she will always with him as his partner and also secretly monitor him And after hydra dissolve shield she will continue follow him....

Mc should get natasha make her his woman quickly May be nick fury will pair her with him in the next war so she could monitor him Mc will slowly gain her trust and friendship also save her life alot... Protect her... Slowly develop romance with her...

the MC should request SHIELD to let him get all the powers from the powerful prisoners that SHIELD and other oraganizations has like the one who fought hulk in the Movie of "THE INCREDIBLE HULK". Please make the harem process smooth and don't do NTR and don't include the mistress concept in harem,all his women should be wifes and they should know about the relationship and maybe they should live in on house, 'MC and his Wifes/harem'.
