Stop. Just, no. This is absolutely the dumbest character I have ever had the displeasure of reading about. This Idiocracy and just plain asinine reasoning he uses is just so stupid. If I knew this person in real life I would hope that they get some mental help because they seem to be stuck with the IQ of a shoe.

always wondering myself how can someone be the smartest (in his odyssey), but still love the accept everything from someone that he KNOW he we kill him at the first chance that appear. Here again, the mc stressed out than the old bastard stole everything from his family (i'm sure that his mother sickness is from him too), but still take "his gifts" as if it's normal.

well at least it explain why that one guy gave him the thing in the first place because he probably knows he hats him and wants revenge. since he is the no 1 villain we also know we will find a way to break the restriction just not sure when or when it even happens.

I like it. The best part is the author's note. A Counter is definitely beneficial for the story to progress... And, I like how upright the villain is. An upright villain hmm...
