Just Friends with Benefits

In a well-known casino at city H, many people with high class profiles has gathered and was luxuriously enjoying their time chattering and playing with each other. It's a place for the rich only . Many rich people has come together showing off their elegant garments nor their high pricing jewels.

Inside a classy private room. There was a man with a large bulky body swarmed with beauties, he was smoking a stick of a cigarette and didn't mind the women around him, it's not like he was uninterested however he is waiting for someone to arrive. The room is filled with other guys with their hot chicks, whether drinking or chattering.

Then the room opened and another man entered followed with a two strong looking body guard. The man's face was ghast and icily.

When the first man saw him, his eyes lit up.

"so you come after all!" greeted the first man as he went to hand shake the other party, but the man just ignored it and take a seat just like a boss.

"What a pity" laughed Goro, the man with a bulky body as he smoke his cigarette.

"You still have those crappy body guards of yours? Aren't you someone from the military? I think….. you was called as a Major general?" mocked Goro as he glance at the man who just came who is no other else than the Major General himself. His ambience wasn't good and he is in a bad mood for what just happened this morning.

That damn red haired brat was just too unforgivable!

"Are you insulting me?" the Major General glared at him

"Whoa, whoa, relax!" said Goro as he raise his both hand on the air

"Then enough with the useless chatter, some pestilent rat has taken a gist of Regilia's case, it maybe exposed sooner or later" the Major General stated with a glint of coldness in his tone. He grab a bottle of whisky and drank it in one shot, even Goro was stunned by this, this man never drink this way especially that he is a clean freak and always maintain a calm profile.

"What do you mean?" Goro asked a bit of amused and didn't believe it at first. What he just said was actually impossible.

"You don't believe me? Go to the military and see it by our self" the Major General give him an obtrude look

"The hell I will. That's just impossible" Goro shrugged

"Yes I know is it, however few days ago, while the military is in training, there are few survivors who came and attack. That's when everything started to get suspicious" the Major General said as he recall the unpleasant moment that happened that time.

"Survivors? Ha ha! Are you kidding me?" laughed Goro amusingly as the room turned quite. Those outsiders didn't dare to make any disturbing sound or else they know the consequence. This man, Goro is fearsome and powerful at city H. He is a crime syndicate and owned most of the casinos all over the city.

"Do you think I'm playing around?" glared the Major General

"Who is it?" Goro turned grim serious, that easy going face of him has turned deadly cold. It's like as he will go on a killing spree at any minute. Once he started, he became unstoppable. That's why the Police Bureau can't get a hold of this man because he clutch everything and this city and his work is very disturbing that no one wanted to offend him. He is a mentally ill and sicko. He is also very careful with his movement in the public eyes and had in clover upon hiding and disposing the evidences in regards with the many crimes he has done before. Because of that, the crime investigation is always having a hard time to trace any evidence against this mad man even if they know he is fishy.

The continuous, towering crime rate in the city was all because of this man who thinks the city is his turf and he is the ruler. Even the government can't easily meddle because this criminal has powerful connection not only the politicians but also in the military, and that includes the Major General.

They don't have any brotherhood relationship or anything sacred but they're just friends with benefits. Goro would use the Major General to cover up his crimes in quenching more and more power in the society without getting caught while the Major General would use Goro as a disposer, regulator, and as a pinch-hit outside the military.

This included Regilia's case concluding his 101th survey unit who vanished four years ago as the higher up's closed the case because of the pursuit of the Major General and the investigation can't find any possible evidence or faults to amend the unit's extinction and there's not sufficient documentation to prove it was a crime. Instead, they wrapped it as an ambush for the sake of the public view.

The family of the 27 troop mates who vanished and never returned, lamented it until this very day. It hurts also to think that not a single body of the deceased soldiers returned to their respective families and that's anguish.

But no matter how suspicious it was, no one attempted to re-open the case.

"There is a three survivor who is from the same troop. I thought you disposed each and every one of them? How come they're still alive?" the Major General looked at Goro with a menace on his eyes.

"How would I know? It was my men who is in charge of the male soldiers, I was busy taking my time with the females. I never think that a female soldier body would be that nice" Goro smirked

"You're fucking lunatic. It's great that the three was dead on action or else if they're catch alive, they might spill the beans!" the Major General intoxicatingly utter

"How are you sure that they didn't said anything to the person who killed them?" Goro eyed at him.

"That's why I'm here" the Major General throw a brown envelop at the table. Goro picked the envelop and opened it. It consisted pictures, information and documentations.

"These are?" Goro asked
