two things, one is why doesn't he tell the monster lord about the future it may help him out immensely. secondly this world is holding a lot of power which is a cool concept.

Makes me wonder what enemy they fought 20000 years ago & why IESHI clan choose to escape from the world

it will be interesting to learn whether souta (a) is from earth and this is really just a game.... or if (b) souta is a reincarnate of one of the ancient seers. the way things were going with his grandfather would suggest that if it is (a), then his grandfather is a part of the game memory and it is bleeding into his own memories. if its (b), then he is of ancient lineage and his grandfather knew souta would return and would need to learn as much as he could to survive and help the future survive, which would also mean his memories outside the game were a lie and were fabricated for some training or guiding purpose. very cool stuff man!
