Well, only you know what's best for you, but if possible you may want to see a counselor or a similar psychiatric practitioner to talk about some of your issues at your university. When I was in college there were a number of mental health staff available for students to use free of charge. Anyways, there's not much reason to continue doing a job you despise. Education should be your number one priority, health is number two, and then happiness is a close third. You're in school to have a better future and proper health/happiness is required follow through on your ambitions.

It's ok if we don't get chapters for the time being, your health is more important.
