Hmm, I have the feeling that Hong Jun knows it was Changshou who occupied Bodhi's dao body, and that he's just humouring him for a "second clash". I mean, even if the Heavenly Dao probe got nothing, Changshou's "surgery" on Void Bodhi back then was performed within the Primordial World, iirc. So it shouldn't have escaped Hong Jun's notice. ...or at least, I don't remember it being done within the grounds of Grand Pure Palace, Xuandu City, or beyond the Three Realms ..
