I do love the running joke. "I understand senior brother" "What? What do you understand?!" Always makes me chuckle. Nothing can keep junior sister's imagination from running wild. Changshou was too focused on getting her swear to keep it secret. Doesn't seem to have noticed her increase in toxicity. Now she convinced that he's a hidden expert giving up fortune and prestige to stay hidden and protect everyone in a crisis. Even refusing dao companions lest they get in the way. Selflessly devoted to a higher cause. As she is now, she would just hold him back. She has to cultivate and reach his level to be able to help him and stand by his side! Wait for her senior brother! Xuanya will work hard to one day be worthy of you! Or so goes the scenario she's likely concocted. With the common sense about incarnations she probably think his true cultivation is much higher too. She probably thinks he's golden immortal already......
