I have contacted customer service. all of the raw chapters are finished but until the author (or translator) tags the book as complete, we cannot finish the book.

We all paid for there book but none of us can finish reading it, if this continues I'm going to start looking for another website for reading, doubting if all the books I read will not be able to be finished reading.

Is Webnovel, the author or the translator forcing readers of this novel to fork out 1299 coins for purchasing the privilege of reading the rest of the chapters?
