Dreams of White Tresses
I don't know why but it feels like BQQ is no longer as smart as she was at the beginning of the novel. How did she go from being able to induce rain and make paper, to being clueless about contraceptives and general life in the human world? Her mates are very smart, with a little guidance, they'd be able to blend right into society but she's letting them figure it out on their own and getting upset with them for not knowing simple things. I can see why An'an would get tired of her. Take for instance the recurrent issue of ID cards. Since Muir has made money, she could create a fake but believable background that explains the existence of the 4 extraordinarily handsome men. Hire a teacher to teach them about society and a lawyer to ensure that they are covered in case of any legal emergencies. It's like she left all her maturity in the world of beastmen. I'm also sick of the fact that Winston always gets the short end of the stick when he's easily her best mate. đ¤
