You guys are seeming to forget the fact that Arthur really didn't intend to kidnap Right, he had originally thought he had found an abandoned child and over the time he's had the child he's bonded. That's not to say that what he's doing is wrong, but first of all he's still grieving for his other babies, so he isn't in a proper frame of mind, and secondly he's clearly having feelings of guilty over cracking and running instead of bringing the child out. Again, he messed up, but acting like he should die over this seems... harsh to me, I guess?
