I want a refund of the privilege coins I spent for days there aren't updates... Unless they release it all in one go before privilege expires

Went to customer service about the coins they are Usless and said it was up to the author to give us a refund that they have no control over the chapters or publishing and that if we spent coins and money it was our own problem
