a diamond wouldn't be worth much in a world like that. they were not evan used for wedding rings until the Victorian age in England. I dony think many people wore wedding rings until this time. they would only be seen as a halfway pretty rock to them. diamonds don't show there true beauty until they are cut by very skillful people. they are only worth huge amounts of money because one company debeers i believe its called owns most of the diamonds in the world and in the past would hold on to them to drive up the price .
