Uhmmm wow! Yeah giving birth is certainly not an easy thing, but for her, I think that the sheer number of eggs inside her she is going to be giving birth to would be the problem. She's a human so there's bound to be unforseen complications.

Yeah I dont understand why eggs would hurt as much as children. They are like the size of your hand and human bodies are able to support children much larger. The pain she is feeling must be solely from the contractions.

I imagine even though pushing out eggs would be different than a baby, her body is still going through the natural motions of contractions. And those can hurt regardless of the size of the offspring.
