So Layla got rid of Qi command as well though after the war it won't really be needed and now that Russ is letting go of his anger towards the Blades he is less of an enemy. Plus it looks like Sil will go Quinn Blade so chances are Russ will not need the command to behave.

With Russ' ability, Sill can now use any ability he has seen used. that includes any celestial power. Things are just about to get a lot tougher for H. If I was Sil, I would focus every attack on H's neck and once there is a scratch there, have Minnie use her ring to create space there and pop H's freaking head off, then put his remains in shadow so he can never be used for cloning again.

Sil is plenty strong without needing to use Quinn as a focus of using his memories of Quinn to defeat the Dalki. Now that he has fought H, he clearly knows his strengths and can mimic him well enough to be able to strengthen his own body and use his Superior experience in abilities to defeat him.
