For those that feel like the novels story/plot has slowed down and isn't as exciting as before; you are right but consider these factors. First off, we just finished an arc that climaxed in an amazing way, we literally saw the culmination of 1500+ chapters lead to the eventual defeat of this story's main antagonists, the dalki. What we are seeing now is a world/setting that is completely different from the one we just came from. Previously, we had action packed chapters that made us borderline addicts of this story but like all things, everything ends. The author is trying to transition into a new arc in the story, and I personally can't expect him to develop the current world situation with pure, vampire corps. and the red vampires immediately; Jks life, if you guys haven't been paying attention, has been hectic. He's been dealing with chaotic situations in his personal life, life happens guys, we gotta remember the author can't pump out the content we are used to if inconveniences pop up. Not to mention his moderator Devils_Advocate is missing in action because his country is an a literal war, not some Dalki war, a real life, bloody war. So yes I agree that things have slowed down but let's remember that the people behind this amazing masterpiece are people too.

it subtly, continuously, feels like a different person is writing this work.. it's almost unrecognizable, in relation to previous volumes.. where has the fire gone? the backbone of the work use to make me bleed with anticipation, and now, it's almost waterlogged to the point of a noodle for a spine. i don't know the the content of what's next to come, but if the passion stays the same, this novel reads as if it's already concluded, and we are in the credits..
Thank you JKS for another amazing chapter and I hope you and everyone involved with this amazing story are doing well during this hectic time. I could just imagine the Werewolf's face when he realised that Quinn had been holding back the entire fight, that maybe he should of just cut his loses and left before his life was put on the line. I feel like Pure is massively under estimating who exactly is I front of them, especially if the take into consideration that he just killed the Werewolf guy right in front of them like they didn't exist.
Well Pure just openly admitted that they were the ones behind the attack. Quinn is facing off an army of Pure and Dhampirs hoping he will teach them a lesson. Looking forward to the rest of them catching up passing beast bodies only to find Quinn having massacred who knows how many Pure and Dhampir agents.
I hope Quinn tries shadow eater against the dhampires and I hope it works in giving Quinn more Mc cells and for the dhampires maybe they are just in pain whenever they transform/blend into vampires or are limited in their power as they can't transform into vampires anymore/stuck in a human for with increased strength, agility, stamina, etc but without it being able to increase anymore
