Welcome back Jack. Now going back to my thoughts on the chapter. Quinn is literally playing around. he is also happy to meet someone he thinks is Fex's kid. some needs to remind me if Silver survived the war because I am not sure but I seem to remember her dying. So if he has the Sanguinis last name I'm thinking that could only be from Fex. Quinn out fighting everyone is almost a given. I'm almost got the dragon ball Z episode where Goku and Vegeta are literally making themselves weekend just to play in the tournament.
