Methinks that about the only person who could "heal" Oscar, at this point, would be Tempus of the Second Vampire family. Even then, his spirit may be gone from his body. If so, they would, at least, have a whole body for a proper funeral with full military honors.

First time it failed guess that means his soul has already passed on or something. To bad Layla can only use healing in her third form really want to see the extent of her healing ability since it is closer to magic then other healing abilities. Wonder if Eno could do something but he's not here.

OK I wonder why that has happened, maybe he is just to far gone or is there something else going on. I feel for poor Samantha and it was incredibly brave a Shiro to try and help but the problem is even if he did find him what would they have done. Hopefully something will happens that will help this situation but I won't hold may breath.

Unlike everyone else who was saved by turning into a vampire or by healing Oscar is Brain dead his brain doesn't work theres nothing there. I agree the only one who would be able to save him would be the vampire family with the ability to turn back time, but they wouldn't save a human if Quinn had been there he probably would have been able to save him before his brain fully died

Oof Oscar. Hopefully Sach will ensure that the world knows the cursed faction did what they could/tried. When Sach was first going to be turned I thought he might end up a dampire, that would have opened a whole nother can of worms considering Erins predicament right now. It's a good thing hes just a Vampire, but now Quinn will have to tell him about the Vampire world at some point. RIP Oscar, you were stubborn, and didn't really handle the whole vampire situation overly well, but at least you tired.

Maybe people cant be turned while unconscious or in a coma. Interesting or maybe they have to be in such a deep coma to stop from attempting to be turned.

Days like this are hard... On one hand I really want a 3rd chapter (or 4th, 5th, 6th) as the cliff hangers are killers... However, on the other hand I understand that the author has his own life and churning out 2-3 chapters per day is extremely hard work and I am in awe that he is able to keep going at this rate. So, I guess that leaves me with simply wishing JKS a safe trip and some family time to recharge himself. He doesn't need to make up missed chapters as they are not guaranteed, but he always seems to commit to doing them and I know many of the readers truly appreciate the hard work and dedication.

A mixture of the 2nds ability then after Eno's could be a thought... I doubt they'd be willing to help nor would it happen, however it is nice to dream.
