Cindy and Bryce are hilarious. they are supposed to be ancient vampires with centuries of experience, but they still can't seem to resist a potshot. The team is actually working well together with a sniper in a nest with an excellent range of view. one heavy armoured fighter tanking hits. and a number of light fighters skirmishing in a melee environment. This is a terrible setup for a fight but it is survivable.

I think he needs an excuse to kill her and Jill. I also think it might remind him a bit about his grandfather falsely accused for power.

Still dont trust Bryce as Im sure he's in it for the long game, but heck, 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' sort of situation.

Ill be honest Bryce has so many ulterior motives that i dont even know how this is going to benefit him. I understamd he does stuff to benefit himself but this is just confusing.

Looks like everyone is a bit surprised .

I started reading this book on May 16th. I’m a bit surprised that it took me 3 weeks to catch up to the latest update. And I work full time! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Im addicted to this story.

Not sure why everyone is so surprised that Bryce stepped in. Remember when Silver stated that she doesn’t think that Bryce was actually going to execute Quinn. Also, we don’t know what Bryce told Quinn that prevented him from escaping and what Quinn meant when he said Peter was going to ruin his plan.

Now the others on Quinns side will realise Bryce does not want Quinn killed and the sides can face off, Quinn is going after Cindy all out!

So Bryce finally make his move against Cindy, should be interesting to see what she has got to say about everything and what Bryce will say in response to saving Quinn. Hopefully we still get to see Quinn go after her for setting him and his family up.

Uh.. Did Bryce just use the shadow??? did summoning the vampire knights also drag Arthur along and is standing behind Bryce saying "help Quinn or accept this shadowless burning sensation " what is happening?? lol watch that last step, its a doozie. cliff anyone?

Oh that was surprising did not expect Bryce to step in to save Quinn wonder what his plan is.

Bryce knows Quinn is stronger than him and the rest of the vampires. his direct descendants are as strong as the other leaders his knights are stronger than the king more than likely. Bryce anticipated an escape and knew the ones who framed Quinn and that are trying to take power over the vamp world would attempt to kill Quinn to tie up loose ends. times up for cindy or will the bigger threat show up during this struggle

Why doesn't Quinn use Shadow Lock on Alex until the fight is over?
