I wonder what happened between Leo, Silver and the original.

with Leo and Silver being fine after the encounter with the original and the original being the one that took Alex, I could see the possibility that Alex will be protected with the tenth family having gained another helping hand.

Last two chapters were brilliant can't wait for more, looks like bryce is using the Tenth to get rid of his enemies and then rid of them but something makes me think that will be a lot harder to do than he thinks. Need to know what happened when Leo and Silver went up against the Original and what will happen with Alex as I don't think he has been taken to be given to Bryce.

Quinn is going to be so very sad if anything happens to Alex. That being said Bryce is building up a massive debt to Quinn. Quinn will collect and it's entirely possible that neither Bryce or the first family will remain bat the end of this sorry affair. Bryce has been operating as if he has to weaken the other families in order to rule as king. that's a terrible leadership position because any growth is a threat. Quinn for all his faults has been encouraging and guiding the growth of the cursed faction and the Tenth family almost exclusively through rewards and encouragement. While the Tenth family doesn't have the same bond to Quinn as the leadership of the Cursed faction had before the attack of the Blades, they are a very tight community. I doubt that Quinn is going to have to kill Bryce but he will exact a large price for these insults to his family and as the saying goes Blood in Blood out!

Just had a thought with all the time that has passed with Quinn and Co in vampire world I wonder how his standing in the human world will be affected?

It wasn't all for nothing as now Quinn has even more reason to go after Cindy and Jill for making things personal. I have a feeling that Quinn will be able to get Bryce to release Alex as long as he doesn't use his blood any more.

Now the question is whether the original 8th leader brought Alex to the king or not. I mean it could be but I think it's more likely he's on some own aganda and is just being manipulated by Jill who's likely behind everything just so she can be queen knowing she wouldn't be elected through normal means

I see Quinn gaining a LOT of MC points in the near future. he is going to feed his shadow eater very soon and with several leaders and I suspect a couple originals as well.
