So little at such a slow rate while simultaneously providing so few details, repetitive information and no end of storylines..... Great story, but definitely more frustrating dealing with this book than driving on roads in Iraq! :) Glad I have other go to books. Once my credits run out, I’m taking 6 months or so off. May not return though unfortunately. All we do is spend money and it takes months before you even know what’s going on. Some of us have lives and would rather spend our hard earned money on something other than anticipation. You would think that a mass dump of 15 Chapters or so once a month would or so would explain the pace of this book. Well written, but its like paying for a loaf of bread and only getting a slice. Its good, but just not the quantity you paid for.

We wre facing yet another shofting narrative and new villain when the threads are still all completely unpulled on the rest from this arc.

I’m not worried about Alex at all. His biggest problem is, that he’s never practiced with his powers before. It’s just a matter of time before he realizes that Vampires have more to fear from him than he does from them. I’m counting on Alex waking up to the fact that he’s a basically a kid in a candy store!

Another kidnapped arc. As much as I like Alex as a character I would’ve rather he died then have another plot line just haning out there and another kidnapped/captured/taken arc.

Alex: i wonder why they are all after me i must be dangerous.. Also alex: nah that cant be it (refuses to awaken or use his vampIre killing powers but hey i can fly)

Can Quinn get as strong as an original?

If there isnt resolution to at least SOME of these plot points soon, might be time to find another book.

Yeeep, my priv runs out Monday. I Have no plans on renewing it. I will wait till he finishes or at least gets a good Head start. This is getting painful to read and even more so at this glacial pace.

Ugh poor Alex. He never asked for any of this, I feel so bad for him since he has no other options but to either rely on his friends, or give himself up. I dont thibj this is the last we will see of him though. Hopefully Leo and the others are still ok, they do have the boneclaw with them afterall.

Perfect, so Alex will reunite with Silver, Leo, Fex and Nate. Erin & Layla just need to make her way out (to ‘rescue’ Quinn) then the 10th would be sort of okay. Quinn should then find a way shadow travel and sing Kumbaya (here we come)

Was Remus so fast no one saw him run into the castle or did he get in another way?
