Well you guys got what you wanted. Cia is dead, and the only thing she was guilty of was being lied to and manipulated by varies groups and people. At first she was acting on the information she received from pure and did what she thought was right. Then harbored an understandable mistrust of Quinn due to him wiping her memory yet still fraught with him and aided the cursed factiin as best as she could. Then had her recent memories wiped and was fed lies yet STILL came to realize what was going on and stood up for cursed crew. She had charecter and integrity. I'm disappointed she never got the chance to act out her righteous vengeance and frustration with being manipulated and used but Quinn will have to do that for her now. Well done JKS and I look forward to reading the second leader's climactic and we'll deserved demise.
Regardless of how this goes, at a minimum the 10th stood up to two leaders and two knights. The knights are both dead, 1 leader is on life support and the other is in trouble. That was done with 1 knight and no leader, even if Quinn doesnt get lose that will change the power dynamic in the vampire world.
Well done Author, this chapter was an INTENSE rollercoaster. When I first read that the blood swipe swerved and went to Layla, I out loud screamed, NOOOOOOOO, but man the next paragraph and it said it was Cia sliced in half?!?! Biggest relief I've ever felt in my life. Someone needed to die to give Quinn a reason, and I am SO glad that it was Cia. She has been needing to get ded. Great chapter, and I can't wait to read what happens next!
