My guess is the dragon was the one that was used to make the Dalki and the first Eno is trying to make it seem as if they don't exist so as to keep it hidden.

I believe eno has been hiding them to keep the Dalki from realizing exactly where the demon tier beast is on earth making it harder to find probably because the beast doesn’t want to leave the island to be hidden anywhere else so eno decided to hide it on blade island and hide the blades as well
