I wondering if Layla does have a bit of a crush on Quinn and if there are any feeling from him for her. Would be brilliant if Quinn turned up, saved Layla and put that Xander in his place for try to get with Layla and maybe the pair of them start going out.

Layla and Quinn! Finally confirmed she likes him I am hoping he comes and saves her with their connection it only makes sense for him to go to her first. He would also feel she is in danger which would make him rush to save the day. Don't know why people seem to hate her being with Quinn, Erin hasn't had any moments with him as where Layla was the first and really only girl he interacts with. Also I like Fex or Vorden being with Erin more it makes sense.

this kind of dumb mentality common in Chinese nobles are the main reason i stay away reading them. it's kinda unfortunate it's here. i'm not trying to bash you author, inthink your book is great. But, i can't feel the depth from some of your side characters. they feel like they are dumb and simple. who ever read any chinese noble know what I'm talking about. the legendary mechanic is an exception to that. it's well thought and the author is a genius.

Author if u make Quinn like layla am going to drop this novel like seriously must the mc in novels always like the first girl he become friends with😒.......if there is going to be a female lead it shouldn't be layla her behavior is too common like many female leads in novels has this character attribute and she seems a bit like a goody two shoes (in my own opinion no offense) i know layla helped quinn a lot but still that is the problem!!!! Then what he is suppose to fall for her give me a break🙄......if there is going to be a female lead she should be a different person....layla should just be another love interest 😒 Quinn shouldn't reciprocate her feelings
