Comments of chapter undefined of My Vampire System

I don't understand why so many comments are confused as to if Quinn is the 10th leader or the 14th leader. It's literally been stated multiple times, that Quinn is the 10th leader. Why are people so confused?

well we all know that there is a new leaders for the 10th family and the sooner Quinn Levels up the sooner he can let everyone one know hes the leader. Kind of feel bad for the families from the 10th though as they get treated like crap.

Great chapter. Several situations that invited further reflection drawing parallels between Quinn & co. lives on Earth society vs Vampire society. Thought provoking.

The vampire school is turning out to be similar to the human school.
