I still think Quinn has to find a better way of feeding than building up an immunity to the side effects of blood starvation, by not drinking blood for longer periods of time. For all Vampires blood is part of their power but for Quinn its everything so he should not follow the norms of other vampires. Maybe he needs to use up all the blood he has and then he can feed himself on whoever. So that way he is just filling his own supply and not doing so just for the stat increase.
