Comments of chapter undefined of My Vampire System

Really good chapter. I must say. I am curious as to what potential plot twists await, with regards to Fex and his role in the forthcoming story. I think it is possible that because Peter has been shown to be the revival power creeper, Fex will possibly play the outside Martyr. It is possible that his family will send a family member to punish him and Quinn will form a team to seek revenge. This is the chapter where Quinn will gain his new race title. Vampire Lord. Thoughts?

Makes no sense at all why Truedream would go to the military and steal abilities from cadets. Yes i read the next chapter and the explanation was equally as stupid.
