Honestly, it would be smart of Quinn to look into being a doctor and Peter could be his assistant. Or they could work in morgues. Being in medical field that gives you access to corpses and blood should be a no brainier. On that point, if Quinn can get a job in the medical infirmary and gets access to dead bodies. Then he can just take pieces of dead soldiers from inside their bodies and no one would be the wiser. Unfortunately, I dont think a Hannibal lecter style of killing random people in order to feed yourself, will work in such a high tech city. Although, Peter or Quinn could cook the human meat in order to make it look more normal when peter eats it.

Hmm, does it have to be human? Can he eat vampire floss since they are similar? If so he could eat Quinn’s and Quinn could use his blood bank to recover.

I feel bad for Peter even with his current track record. MC struggled when he first had to drink blood, I can't imagine the mental torture Peter having to turn cannibalistic. Hope he can gain Exp and rank up into something that can start branching out into just raw meat instead of being limited to just human flesh. The end goal is of course blood.
