Idk if this was stated earlier in the story or not but can Quinn raise his strength/endurance/agility by working out? If so he should obviously be doing that right about now.

that was a well thought out chapter. I would have tried to build the tension a little higher, maybe by using Erin as a foil rather than Layla, but all in all a good device.
