You know what I'm ok with Quinn as he currently is. He's more realistic than some MCs. He only seems dumb because he only has limited knowledge of his world, he's a kid and he doesn't know the name of the book is Vampire system. If I was living in a post invasion world and got thrown into this situation I might also be confused. If he stays the same in a few chapters that is the true test of his IQ.

So far the vampire penalties do really hurt Quinn, just make him more normal. Wonder if the penalties get worse as he gets more vampire-like.

i thought normal human had like all 10 stat apparently it was vampire stat .
