I'd imagine Sever being a Purple version of Xerath from League. Something arrogant that knows he/it can cut down anything anywhere with aether crackling around a male body made of (purple)energy.

Imagine reifying his farming and cooking skills... Entire cosmos or even realities becoming farms and dining venues. Who would ever turn down an invitation to supper? Mere tea time between enemy commanders on the field of battle would give his opponents pause to consider.

Ascendant Reality Sever, upon reification becomes: "Grim" the Royal Reaper of Celestial Souls, whose power evolves to become an Aether Wave... A deluge of dimensional damage washing across the battlefield like Noah's biblical flood in an apocalyptic storm of lightning as thick as mountains and fireball explosions that come close to the first reified ability - just chained like a beaded necklace instead of rapid fire.

Sever can be called <Aether’s Apace Executioner>

Since Noah is an emperor you could make sever a king since the colors remind me of royalty.

with sever being an aether ability I imagine it to be a purple and green creature with an inconsistent form. It could become the shape of terrors or Lovecraft horror creatures. I am terrible with naming so if you use the idea feel free to name it.
