from other novels I've read I always prefer when friends that know his really identity and when other who know of his identity and where talking about him use Noah but when other people talk about him and others are talking to him Arthur

He would still think of himself as Noah unless he decides to think of himself as Alexander while in Nexus. So if you give him a in story reason to do so, then that works. The only reason for you to call him Alexander from the author POV is to avoid accidentally writing Noah instead of Alexander when speaking to someone in the Nexus Galaxy.

Personally I would prefer the usage of the name Alexander or 'Alex' until someone learns of his true identity then you can switch to Noah

since fate is involved in choosing of the body you should use same name but you can change their surname like instead of Noah osmoth you can use Noah king ( the surname you are currently using for Alexander) anyway keep up the good work

Just like how you never called Crixus Noah, it doesn't make sense to call Alexander Noah. At least with Crixus, it was the same body but disguised but with Alexander, it's an entire new body. This isn't just a disguise.

i prefer when he's talking to himself or when you(author) narrating or talk about him, calls him Noah. and when someone mention or talk about him or like registering himself then u can use Alexander over Noah, except that said person knows Alexander true identity
