definitely think this is going to need some system shenanigans + bookkeeper interference to survive during and after. I imagine this is the final decider to which clan will take her. Hopefully her current team doesn't get the dragon treatment.

Now she will become a target to everyone, but the Bookeeper might take steps to protect her from those that would seek her, all things considered. She should tell people the truth; not about her system but about the fact that she might’ve only gotten that opportunity to form Dantian earlier as a result of eating cultivation pills back when she was a Savage Beast. It’s crazy that the Heavenly Rule of the Immortal World is trying to kill her! It might take drastic measures since it won’t be able to kill her with the Lightning Tribulation; like making a world announcement to kill her and whoever does it will be handsomely rewarded; if it can at all.

Thanks forthe Chapter. Ahh What a racist "heavenly rules". I hope Tang Li Xue will come out of this tribulation with many powerful abilities and give these "heavenly rules" a hard slap. However, the dialogues between instructor Mei Lan and teacher Lei Wei made me very happy. It was like they were a couple worried about their daughter. (Yes,I ship them) Actually I realized this was a translation error but in the translation Lei Wei called TLX for Mei Lan 'your little daughter'.(in my launge) I actually think Mei Lan truly sees her as her daughter. (And since Tang Li Xue calls her 'mommy' in the secret area trial, it seems that she sees her as a mother figure.) But this also raises the question for me whether she had parents this world before. And I can't help but wonder how they and the TLX would treat each other if they actually existed. (TLX might not even accept them in the first place.) For example, one of them is a royal/imperial fox from Quing Qui and the other is a relatively ordinary fox, similar to the stupid fox's father, who left/escaped from the clan and came to the light wind continent, but somehow she and her parents were separated (It's a little bit cliché, but maybe her old body was weakened by something like a blood incompatibility and she died untimely like in her uncommon evolution, but when she was reborn she was revived at/near where she was buried) and the one from Quing Qui's parents was caught and sent back and the other was put under house arrest scenario, etc. Still, there's something I'm curious about. Exactly how do true spirit beasts evolve into "true" spirit beasts? For example, do they have a stronger body like a false spirit beast, and then their powers are sealed away due to this "deadly tribulation" and they form a new dantian there? Hopefully we'll find out (probably through instructor Mei Lan) soon.

she could say it was a special effect of her evolution, which happened while she was the "pet" of a powerful human cultivator. Or she could literally just blame it on the humans, saying she has no idea what they did to her. There is enough hatred between humans and beasts that she would probably be believed. Potentially even triggering a "revenge" attack on them. 😆
