It really would’ve been a bad idea to continue since if the higherups saw her evolution it would’ve definitely been disastrous but yet a part of me still wanted her to continue. Super glad that she told instructor Mei Lan about her evolution though! So that she can help her conceal it and what a nice reaction; yet I believe that instructor Mei Lan was more shocked by the revelation than she let on.

Sad she was eliminated but this decision is understandable. It would’ve probably been hard to continue without evolving anyway & earned stat points would get wasted. Hope she can focus on safely evolving now! Can’t wait for future next festival where she can hopefully stay till end :D!! Thanks for chapter author!!!

While I am a bit said she couldnt continue, she already did much better than anyone else should for her rank, even her origins. The risks are indeed too high and being able to evolve safely makes more sense.Though she has definitely attracted the attention of a number of powerhouses so she will need to be careful.

Not to mention Meng Yue was set to learn the truth with her mind reading.

Dropping out now was probably super important for tan because the higher ups would have certainly learned more about her.

This has been the first chapter in a while that I have actually really looked forward to and I have to say I am quite satisfied with it. I’m also excited to know what benefits the last two treasures will bring, surely they won’t be small since they are from the second part of the hunting festival.

tftc. I assume the treasures she consumed and the lottery ticket prizes will be mentioned next chapter then? A bit metagamey, but the ticket hopefully is reflected in the treasures and not solely used for meng yue's appearance.. if thats the case its a massive waste of a ticket that could be used during evolving to not be caught out mid progress like last time.

She should have all her stats maxed out, plus enough coins to do whatever she wants now. Doubtful if she could max out her level up to 40 as well, but with her lucky sticker who knows, and at least she can finally use the Yin Yang Formula. Another issue is she likely won't have enough Spirit Stones to support her evolution with how taxing it promises to be, with her Regalia evolving alongside her, and stuff.
