Thanks for the chapter, at least the requirments are not too ridiculous like needing to be under a particular star constellation for a certain amount of time or something. At least she can possibly evolve soon thanks to her systems help and some luck with the treasure games

She might be able to purchase something with her diety coins or she could use the silver lottery ticket that she won

To complete this quest from the system, she may have to use her Regalia this time cause even if she evolve I don't see her beating Ms. Blue tail without it. Also I hope the next location has the star materials she needs.

If she could raise all her stats to the maximum, then in the Goddess of War mode, wouldn't she be equal in strength to the Apex Predators? Then she won't have to evolve right during the festival.
