Author-san, i think it's more correct to say wind/fire 'element' cuz it's a name. But wind 'elemental' ginseng is right since it's an adjective. Also, 'energy' is often the plural form as well. 'Energies' is very rarely used, and used only when talking about more than 1 type of energy.
