From their conversation above ... seems like Ezekiel's been betrayed, thus he can't put all his trust to someone easily. But who betrayed him?Someone he loved?(what if it's a witch whom he gave his trust then?) What if Ezekiel loved a witch, maybe someone broke a promise or something else happened causing him to annihilate the witches on that vision of the past,the one Alicia and former queens have? What if Alicia is a reincarnation of someone he loved hence his fondness of her? what if it's Alicia,only that her memories back then we're erased as well?😲😲 So many possibilities...but I think the answer lies on the fragmented memories they (Zeke,Alicia,Zeres) have...they would have to talk it through...(but will they?) If Ezekiel let's go of Alicia's hand,she'll disappear...him not letting go of her only means one thing to me...Zeke would like Alicia to live. (still wishing that's the case hehe🤭😅) Thanks for the chapter💕

This might be the first chapter where I truly felt sad for Zeke. He is broken a bit inside — we knew that before, but now know a bit more on why. Did he love someone that betrayed him? Was it a prior witch queen, which caused whatwver prior actions Alicia saw? I think his story is much more complex than she saw from the prior witch queen memories. 😢

Like Alicia said who was it that betray you Zeke? Was it one of queen witch and that’s why you killed them? Zeres probably knows what he saw except for Alicia is missing parts of it.

Please Zeke open up to Alicia. She is someone that you can trust bc betraying you would go against what she believes in. I want you to have someone you can trust and love by your side finally. Show the soft side of yourself to her and she will hold you tight and will never let go.

Now I'm curious about Zeke past...who is it that betrayed him....Why did the vision show that he hate the witches so much....what role does Alicia play in his life and I'm excited for more to come...

I think the betrayal was definitely a witch. I think there was an earlier chapter that eluded to this. I’ve been wrong before, though…did I just admit that out loud? His hatred toward witches has been evident a long time. I also think Alicia is the one he could learn to trust. She seems to be the one holding that key. He seemed to have trust in Alexander, but the trust was a little one-sided with Alexander fully trusting in him. Zeke was always there for him…well except when he tried to off Abi. Even that was for Alexander’s protection, though still with personal agenda. He knows, too that Alex would be there in a heartbeat if he needed him...I think Abi, as well. Part of Zeke’s problem is he is too powerful. He needs to lose his power for a week and need to rely on others. Then, he will know who he can trust. I still love Zeke, I want Zeke to be with Alicia, Zeres to find the book and bring Alicia back to life, Iryz to be special and end up with Zeres, and…..of course, Kyle and Lilith….absolutely must be together…forever! ❤️❤️❤️

This is for the ones saying that the one who betrayed Zeke was a female, I think you're wrong. I keep thinking about the missing Prince (his brother) and I'm wondering if he did something to betray Zeke and is being punished by him somewhere. I also have another theory about him. What if he and Zeke look alike and Alicia is wrong about WHO she saw in her vision? It may be a stretch but possible. There has to be a good reason why we haven't heard ANYTHING about him yet except that he's missing. I may be onto something here or I'm just crazy lol which is possible 😂
