I didn't get the impression that Alex new found strengths came from Lexus. Instead I'd like to think it's his love for Abigail, the fact that he finally found something and someone worth fighting for. I've lived with depression almost all my life and I know for me loving my kids gives me the strength to move mountains and to push aside all my weaknesses to get things done. This chapter made me love and respect Alex even more! I just love your writing!!!!!
Woah Alex!!!😱😱😱 Did Lexus power came to him instead of going to Abi (via the mist) coz Lexus knew or must've found out Alex wanted to protect Abi? Dragon must've found out Alex' hearts' true intent. I mean dragons would have that tremendous ability I suppose.Lexus is probably searching for his successor (with the criteria of taking that responsibility of taking care of the dragon keeper too?) Lexus probably see something good in Alex. just like in present time..this Alex from the past wanted to see Abi's smile.💕♥️ and in wanting to protect Abi for a lifetime..Alex drank the dragons blood?Maybe Lexus made Alex kill him too? And Zeres here...seems Zeke really..he probably got converted to a vamp. and could the curse of having to drank the dragons' blood..you forget everything? ( it will all come to place later on?) ooh..such a great book really💕
