Everything he's shown is all for front (Well he's being considerate the very least as he's telling Alex to not take her eyes off her) But he's actually gonna hide the illness from Alex. But why do they want her dead? Something about her identity?There's nothing special on it, right?Is it because of Alex still? Why is Zeke part of them and want Abi dead? Can’t Alex have a woman of his own? Why must they die? Is Eli happen to be Alex’s “rightful” woman thats why everyone supported her to die? But i also felt Zeke seemed to wanna protect Abi..... but why hide her condition.... :( coz he don’t wan Alex to jump into another killing spreee? I like Zeke. He is witty and knows exactly what to say and when. If he wanted to hurt Abi, he would have succeeded long ago. I am eager to find out more.

Correct me if i'm wrong, i think he meant that her death would benefit him. But seeing as she has become very important to alex, zeke is going to try and save her. That would gain him even more power over alex, right? Anyway i think zeke has his own agenda, and it will make him on abby's side (or use her in a way), thus why he is trying to save her and keeps pushing alex to be with her. He is a clever guy after all

I wonder if Zeke is hiding her condition because he told her he wouldn't tell Alex or if there's another reason. Either way I hope he can help her.

Hmmm so Zeke is trying to help cure Abi without telling either of them what he is doing? Since he asked the doctors to find out about her disease and making her a top priority at the same time hiding the truth from Alex about her disease as she wanted!
