Comments of chapter undefined of A Bored Lich

Would the old Doevm(before he became human) be considered psychopathic? Like, he didn't have emotions, but he didn't pretend to have them either. Also, the cause of him not having emotions was because he was a Lich, so that's another difference.

I agree about it being complicated. The memory said he was filled with rage towards humans(or something like that) which is technically an emotion, which brings up the question of if he can feel??? As you said, we'll have to see, and props for writing such an interesting and multidimensional character that we can have this type of confusing conversation about. Love the story, can't wait to see where it goes and what'll happen next!

Random_writer:he's...complicated. I'm not sure if I can answer this question yet, but eventually the answer will show up. Like I commented earlier, this might come down to individual interpretation. What do you think?

I think it's better if you just think of them (Doevm's personalities/memories/soul fragments) as Cerlius and Doevm from now on. It's now a game see who is which being. That simplifies things. BUT if you want to get technical, Doevm was split into two soul fragments, the Lich and the human. At the end of the War arc, they were fused into Doevm. Time passed until you heard about another self Doevm had, a Lich who was out of control, killing and stealing and taking. It seemed that there was a difference between that out of control Lich-side of Doevm and the controlled Lich-side of Doevm. The only thing that saved Doevm from reverting to his out of control state was Larque, who acted as a buffer to the hatred. Then, later, Cerlius was introduced. I won't describe where he is on the spectrum, because I don't want to bias the readers with my interpretation of the story (Because not many realize that the author's interpretation of a story is not the best interpretation of a story).

Cerlius, out of control doevm, in control doevm, such pesky terms. In the end they are all anti-human racist mages, I don’t see the difference.

JudgIng from things and the author’s lore comment; things go like this: Cerilus is the magic obession Lich Doevm is neutral passiveness Human Doevm is Cerlius + Lich Doevm There’s more parts to him. Lore previously stated that it takes MULTIPLE souls to create a lich and the fact he’s an anomaly in this universe. Sozo has a very heavy part in this I presume or someone with the esque like manner. Too soon to tell but it has something to do with the smashed statue.
