absurdmorbidity
Whille I'm not sure what the authors plan is concerning the MC's future, right at the start it was confirmed that the MC would leave the crew to start his own once he was strong enough and had taken Enels Goro Goro Fruit. At the time the MC had no real connection to the crew. Joining luffys crew is something which is overdone and people don't like the idea of submitting to someone else, especialy when you have the potential of the gamer to stand on top of the world. Though of course I don't speak for everyone Let's also not forget that dreams are important in one piece, the crew originally formed on the basis of everyone completing their individual dreams, I feel like a strong dream is part of the criteria to join luffys crew in the first place. That's not to say the crew doesn't believe and trust in Luffy at this point otherwise they wouldn't join him but it's only through their travels that they reach a point of comradery where they would give their life for their crew and choose them over their dream (Nakama) Personally at the beginning I hated the idea of the MC joining Luffy, that's mostly due to a personal hated for authority figures and the idea of submitting to someone's command, I value freedom alot. However the author has extremely good writing and whilst their is a slight disconnect between the MC and the Crew (though I dont believe this to be the case in the relationship with Nami) I feel most people wouldn't be opposed to the idea of him staying on the crew or perhaps taking charge and creating a division under luffy. As for telling the crew of his secret (Transmigration/Gamer) just the idea makes me want to spaz out, I normally drop novels if they have a system with a party function or decide to spill their life story to an existing character (Showing Weakness) however in this case I feel with enough trust he should tell them of his power over a system which makes him stronger and the store function as it could help them alot there's enough weird **** in one piece that I don't feel it would affect the crew dynamics and his relationship with them if he did. However I feel unless the secret is affecting him mentally his transmigration should not be revealed at least not the fact that one piece was a manga in his world cus that would seriously affect his relationship with everyone. Its not his duty to save the world and everyone in it however it is easy for people to put their blame on him if it was revealed that he knew the future ( cough* Ace)putting pressure on him which isn't healthy. TBH everyone who goes out sailing in one piece is aware of the danger and risk they are taking ,they should accept their death as a potential consequence.
I rather have the MC leave Luffy crew. Being under Luffy makes the MC restricted. And personally I don't think a man who wants to be the strongest can be under a pirate King.I mean can U imagine Whitebeard being under Roger. I rather have the MC leave because Luffy is pretty dumb and the MC is a gamer who can reach the top.And he needs a crew of his own like Whitebeard and Kaido has.The MC can be in an alliance with Luffy but I don't think he should remain in Luffy crew.
Is it just me or is there a disconnect between Marcus and well the world or even his crew I mean he doesn't really care for them and I don't know maybe he doesn't see the people or the world as real I mean he was watching luffy be executed and did nothing about it I get that he knew it was going to be ok and that he had a gun but still. I would also like to know why he isn't telling people about his origin is it that he cant or is it that he wound
