well for revenge suyin didn't even felt guilty for her cousin who died instead of her.here in wang shi's case he lost one baby and about to lose one.so even if it's suyin in place of wang shi she would not for the same.atleast coz of wang shi's one wrong move she have her kid with her even though it's just his heart betting in honey's.
