I saw the novel and i was curious at the first chapter because of the comments rather than the story itself (but I've added this to my lib and will continue to read don't get me wrong, i am now in chapter 10) I think it was all started because of a reader XO posted a PUBLIC CRITICISM. And I agree to the readers who defended the author. I read the comment (public criticism) more than four times and it was actually a BAD REVIEW for the entire novel. And it triggers the whole arguement. It can trigger the new readers who came here (like me) to not continue the entire story. I continued the novel upto chapter 10 and it was not actually bad. Maybe user XO is just a super genius who couldn't take the author's ability. But for me as a reader, I understand everything. So keep up dear author.
I just hope she does know where she did something wrong. Attacking these novels. Pointing out the author's writing styles is not a good attitude to be honest. Why should May accept her criticism if she didn't even ask her opinion? Is she an editor to make critics? Is she a president of Webnovel? Why point out the author's writing style and ability? If she's a friend which she said she is, she can send a private message to the author and point out the errors. Give some advice personally. The intention is clear.
I felt sad for this novel author May 😢. First chapter and it was ugly because of these bullies. I just wanted a peaceful reading. If they could just show their attitude in their own piece instead of spilling their true colors in other's work. That's what I meant in the first place but I was dragged into this because I have to defend myself. Too bad that WN trusting snakes. The app turned ugly because of these writers. If they could live like those protagonists in their own story. 😞
I've seen enough dear author almighty MATSU. You talked behind these authors' back. How come after your comment, your so-called friends came in? I like you before to be honest. You can do writing and reading at the same time. Your novel is good too. I just hope that these so-called friends of yours will remain your friends until the end. Just a piece of advice, these authors friend of yours are toxic people. They do nothing good.
Author, keep improving as you are doing. The wall may not be steady but the foundation is steady. As long as you focus on the foundation and improve it, your writing skills will also improve. I have been reading your books, and to be honest I did not read all of them. You have improved your writing skills, even if it is small improvement do not undermine it. Struggle is bound to happen, we as your reader will always stay with you to see you improve your skills. As someone has said you learn something everyday, but it is you yourself who will need to see the goal and reach it, and with this we can only give you moral support. Stay strong, and keep up with your work 😀
