Diana's past is so heartbreaking. The little girl suffered a lot. I would have felt upset that she lied to Maxim about her injuries but I can understand where she is coming from. It's never easy to open up about the abuse you suffered from. Diana loves her family and children who go through abuse feel like it's okay if their loved ones hit them once or twice and that it comes with love. But it's not okay and I am glad that the adult Diana dislikes her family to some extent. Also, Diana is a strong character so it would not be that easy for her to drop her facade and cry in front of Maxim about her pathetic life. Such a perfect story!!! More♥♥♥😩
I agree. A lot of abused children have been taught that love can coexist with abuse. This shapes the adult perception of love as they would cling to the notion that those who hurt em also loved em and most of the time, they end up rationalizing being hurt by others even after growing up.. It's indeed heartbreaking
Am I only one who thinks that he is in love with her, Ahh I'll just be happy with that though... The way she faked that everything is okay, it's crazy and it shows how strong of a character she is..I do that at times and it's like not being you especially when we laugh and the way she portrays those emotions dang, especially that giggle and innocent eyes must be though, can I say I'm proud of her, well she's just awesome but she definitely has to reduce her shopping cause girl we gotta save money although ya I agree so far she has just been buying necessary stuff but still it keeps me on the edge for some reason...oh ya and why hasn't he accepted her friendship yet ;( but he still notices things about her and cares for her and the way he says the exact number of days she was absent, ooohhh it's so cute; extra brownie points for him although he already has the whole brownie jar😅
