I have a feeling Sam is keeping his other profession/crafting skills in his back pocket, just so he can use them to metaphorically slap somebody else in the face in the future. Again I also find it curious that tailoring is not a profession worthy of a tower and that Artisans dont make metal armor of any kind. I assume mages are physically much weaker than warriors so I would assume armor is more important for warriors. Maybe because warriors and warrior mages are rarer so they dont make metallic armor.

I really dislike arrogant people.

Seriously, am I supposed to have ANY sympathy for the father/daughter pair? Because I see no reason to feel sorry for a spoiled brat who tried to ruin someones chances and/or steal from them just because she was in a bad mood DUE TO BEING PUNISHED ALREADY! Nor for the father who had ignored everything until it got out of hand and started looking bad for his 'oh so precious' daughter, and then still tried to prevent the daughter from receiving her just desserts.

I’m so happy he doesn’t give in because of a pretty girl. As a woman who likes reading cultivation novels nothing makes me disdain a male MC more than going back on his principles for some facsimile of a woman that has been cookie cut into a story for the sake of thrills and plot advancement
