I really like the idea of a reincarnated oc in a civilian like, in kakashi era, with rokushiki techniques, i dont know, almost always the fanfics i read are sharingan/rinnegan 5 bloodlines adaptable body etc, its kind annoying after some time. A reliaiable oc that train hard with rokushiki in taijutsu, and that is not going around throwing rasengan like retardeds .-. It would be really cool have a little stronger konoha with that civilian have give the techniques to the village, i dont know, just an idea, a par of good time skips in the firsts chapters and start canon with the oc with team 7 would be really good, like a really good team 7 with no sasuke running etc.
Keep the Mc as naruto's brother but 5 years older to be Itachi's rival ( web novel doesn't have a novel like that yet ). make him with talents like being a speed type ninja with perfect chakra control, all the 7 affinities, 6 times more chakra than an elite jounin because of the 50% of Uzumaki heritage, and Minato huge chakra pool or a novel that Sandaime sacrifice himself to selling the yang Kurama in Naruto and Yin Kurama in Kushina I didn't see a novel like that yet
