I am so glad that he came to his senses. Even if he just apologizes, then leaves her be, I would be happy. He has enough sense to realize what he did was wrong and even acknowledged that fact. This kind of person CAN change. It's only human to make mistakes and to become too haughty. It has some to do with how he was spoiled, to be honest.

Perhaps he was so hateful earlier..since he thought he was doing the right thing ..but as long as he could admit his wrongdoings once he discovered the truth and apologise..put aside a little bit of his pride..then he can be an OK guy.. once he could do that..then he could be a great artist..(like what happened to that Wu guy)

At least he realized and admitted his own mistake, such people are hard to find but he should not trust just anybody.
